Our ministry is based in Homestead, FL, a city with an increasing growth, just 45 minutes down from the Miami international airport and very close to the Florida Keys. Homestead is a multicultural city and a great location for our local an international missions work. 

In the last couple of years this city has become a ground for a powerful revival that will be spread throughout the entire state and the nation. 

Latin Impact Ministries is constantly working hand and hand with local churches and ministries to establish a culture of love and honor that will bring heaven to earth, manifesting Gods kingdom to the community through miracles, signs and wonders. 

The Gathering:

Over 20 years ago, a word came forth that a spark that would turn into a flame, then create a fire that would start a (spiritual) wild fire all the way up the East coast. At the time, Russ and Kerry were heading towards Mexico to begin their new adventures as missionaries and the word, at that time, meant very little to them.

Several years after having leaved in Homestead and establishing their missions base, the Lord brought that word to their remembrance and asked the question of them, "Are you willing to take ownership of starting revival right here in Homestead?" Their response was a resounding, "YES"!

Out of their response, The Gathering was birthed.  Every Tuesday night, young adults from as far away as Coral Gables and from various churches throughout the city come together with one singular purpose....bringing heaven to earth, in particular South Florida. Since it's inception in February 2009 the move of the Spirit continues to increase.  The mission: "Passionately pursuing His presence.  Leading a generation. Bringing transformation."

Over the past year, literally hundreds of miracles have occurred whether through supernatural provision or healing the sick. Every week we encounter a good God who's in a very good mood!  Treasure Hunts have become a regular occurrence as our heart is to impact the entire community.

The Gathering also extends it's vision and purpose into the local church by hosting conferences that have always superseded everyone's expectation.

Evangelism: LIM works alongside the local church in South Florida and Christian organizations , community and children’s evangelism; adopting special projects and targeting un-reached groups.Equipping & training: LIM provides forma l and informal education to train those willing to serve locally and overseas; and to equip the churches who are willing to standbehind them. LIM has developed a relationship with local organizations to provide them with training in Cross Cultural Communication and Missions, as well as a variety of workshops to equip and train the national church.Community Development: LIM is bringing hope to ex-addicts, high risk children, orphans, needy communities; providing crisis prevention, education and distributing goods. (Paseo Nacional & Comedor del  rey de Reyes)National Church Mobilization for Local & Worldwide Missions: LIM is committed to challenge and encourage the church through our different seminars, workshops, global challenge and global action programs to be national champions of worldwide missions.We would like to see many missionaries and short term volunteers coming to this country to serve the local church and to mobilize Colombians to bring the gospel overseas.
